    1998 Manitou FS

Most folks are familiar with the older Manitou FS model that uses fork legs for the rear suspension but haven't seen the second generation.  I have seen several different iterations of shocks on these frames.  This one uses a piggyback coil-over shock. The suspension linkage is milled out like the first generation but it is not quite as artistic as the earlier bikes.  This one features a Shimano XTR M950 drivetrain with most of the Ringle catalog thrown on (red anodized).
