Features an Battle-made, AMP-style rear end mated to a Reynolds 853 front triangle.  Not 100% sure of the year but from the paint scheme and braze-ons, it should be close.  Built up with a Shimano Deore XT 8 speed kit and White Industries crank.  This frame was one of 15 made for Lake Racing out of Florida.  Ted has produced approximately 150 frames using the Battle rear end.
