    1985 Schwinn Cimarron

Schwinn decided to get a little more serious about mountain bikes in 1985 by introducing the Cimarron.  The top and down tubes are ovalized at the head tube and fillet brazed.  The seat lug and bottom bracket lug are lugged.  Components are mostly Shimano Deore XT "deer head" parts. For some reason, Schwinn used high rise bars on the high end bikes and flat bars on the lower end.  This bike obviously saw very minimal use and is in great condition with all original parts.  We just lightly cleaned it.
