The Sherpa was the fillet brazed Cro-Moly model from Mantis. Later, Mantis became well known for some of their more non-traditional models such as the Valkyrie and Flying V but they started with this relatively standard model. The Mantis stems used a 3 bolt face plate configuration with the front brake cable routed through the face plate. The fork had been replaced with a suspension fork which we replaced with this chrome Unicrown fork. If anyone has a more correct Mantis fork, give us a shout. Components are relatively standard Shimano Deore XT with Phil Wood hubs.
